LAHORE: Former Punjab governor and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s leader Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar said that the accountability rally on September 3 will prove referendum against rulers.
He said that reverse counting has been started and that the PML-N should accept the opposition’s TROs instead of creating hindrance. Sarwar stated this while addressing different delegations in his office.
He said that his party is working for accountability in accordance with the law and that the election commission stopping PTI from participating in the elections negates democracy.
He said that the government was making false attempts of ceasing the voyage of Imran Khan because he lives in hearts of people and that free and fair accountability will happen in the country – all the corrupt rulers will be sent to prisons.
